| 1st Avenue Reconstruction | Full Reconstruction of 1st Avenue from North 11th Street to Lawrence Avenue with concrete paving on a new rock base.
The road will be closed to through traffic throughout construction, but residents will have access to their driveways at the conclusion of the work day.
| The project is scheduled to begin on March 10th and for completion by April 15th.
