Rhonda Kearns grew up in Clinton and lived in the north end of town.  After getting married, Rhonda moved to the Chicago area and worked at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. for 23 years. The last many years Rhonda worked as a Business Systems Analyst. Rhonda and her husband moved back to Clinton in 2015.
