Animal Licenses

All dogs, cats, and ferrets over the age of four months shall be licensed with the city of Clinton. This requirement does not apply to nonresident owners keeping a dog, cat or ferret within the city for less than 30 days in 12 consecutive months.

Landlord Exemptions

The City of Clinton offers a lien exemption to a landlord whose tenant is responsible for the sewer/solid waste charges incurred during their tenancy. The following is an itemization of the procedure that allows for this exemption, and the form.

Swimming Pool Fill - Sewer Credit

The City of Clinton offers a one-time annual credit for permanent pools, above or in-ground, that do not drain into the sewer system and that are over 3 feet deep.
